Biography :

Dr. Abdelmonem A. Hegazy is currently working as Professor of Human Anatomy and Embryology Department in Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University (Egypt); as well as he is a Consultant of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility. He is the former chairman of the Anatomy and Embryology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University (Egypt); and Professor in King Saud and Majmaah Universities (KSA) 2009-2013 and Misurata, Faculty of Medicine (Libya) 2000. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the following international journals: International Journal of Human Anatomy (USA); Journal of Experimental Medicine and Biology (Singapore) & Women Health and Complications (UK). He is the Former Editor-in-Chief of Zagazig University Medical Journal (Egypt). Dr. Hegazy is also a referee member of scientific research submitted for promotion of professors in Egyptian Universities. Dr. Hegazy participates in Zagazig University academic, scientific, educational and professional development activities in the fields of medical sciences development, including basic and clinical research, policy implementation, design programs, set coursework plans, curricula, syllabi, scientific conference paneling, as well as designing and delivering a wide scope of continuous professional development programs, including training, strategic planning, research methodology, scientific thesis and dissertation writing; research proposal, medical ethics, organization’s behavior issues, all with emphasis on system and staff development. Dr. Hegazy is a member of Institutional Research Board (IRB) unit, Egyptian Medical Syndicate, Egyptian Society of Anatomy, and Postgraduate and Scientific Research Affairs Committee, Faculty of Medicine. His pool of academics consists of original research articles/books/book chapters in various national and international accredited publishing houses. Dr. Hegazy has plenty of scientific publications and projects with many citations. He has got many national and international honors and awards. Dr. Hegazy has been supervising post graduate students in their thesis works. He is also a well-known reviewer/referee/editorial board member in more than 120 international indexed journals. Prof Hegazy is a Global Goodwill Ambassador (GGA). He is also an Advisory Board Member "Motherhood and Childhood of Arab-African Union for Sustainable and Integrated Development; & in Supreme Council for the Defense of Child Rights Egypt.

Al Jaouni is a Professor & Consultant of Hematology and Professor/Consultant of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Senior Researcher at Hematology Department, Faculty of Medicine, King Abdulaziz University Hospital a tertiary care medical center, King Abdulaziz University (KAU), Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. November 1989 had a certificate of The Royal College of Physician and Surgeon of Canada. Specialty Hematology, Toronto University, Canada. February 1990 and March 2006 had a Fellow Certificate of The Royal College of Physician and Surgeon of Canada. June 1990 had a Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Sick Kid Hospital, Toronto University Canada.

Then he finished his residency in Michigan USA, then the fellowship in Neonatology in New Jersey USA.Since 2001 Dr Alatasi has been practicing in UAE.He was head of neonatology and Pediatric in Alnoor hospital in ABuDhabi, then welcare hospital , then International Modern hospital where he also served as medical director.Dr Alatasi finished his master in business administration in 2011 from the university of Phoenix USAHe ran a multiple site group practice in Dubai for 7 years and now works as a consultant pediatrician at Valiant clinic Dubai.Dr. Alatasi has a special interest in preventive medicine and child psychology.

Dr. Majed Al Jeraisy obtained his Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical science Master of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from King Saud University, Riyadh in 1991 and 1996. He then obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1999 from the University of Tennessee, USA, followed by two years of residency and fellowship in pediatric pharmacotherapy from the same place. Dr. Al Jeraisy has also completed a Master of Science degree in Medical Education from King Saud ben Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Riyadh in 2009. Dr. Jeraisy has authored and co-authored numerous and relevant scientific research projects in the field of Pediatrics, Pharmacotherapy, General Medicine, Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Toxicology that were published in reputable Journals. Currently, Dr. Al Jeraisy is working as Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy consultant and he is Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice, College of Pharmacy, King Saud Ben Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Yasser Nakhlawi is an international expert and Consultant for the UNISEF in the area of Child abuse and Neglect Prevention and Child Rights and Advocacy. Dr. Nakhlawi has served as the Chairman of the Pediatric Institute at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City – Cleveland Clinic – Abu Dhabi – UAE, He Dr. Nakhlawi worked as senior consultant in Pediatrics and Neonatology at the American Hospital Dubai – UAE, He was in private practice at Alexandria Pediatrics, LLC, and also he was the Chief Medical Officer at Pinecrest Developmental Center at Pineville, LA. And he is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Adolescents Medicine at Tulane University, School of Medicine – New Orleans Louisiana.

Prof. Jumana Al-Aama is a Professor and Consultant of Medical Genetics, Chairman of the Department of Genetic Medicine and Director of the Princess Al-Jawhara Al Brahim Center of Excellence in Research of Hereditary Disorders at King Abdulaziz University (KAU), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Professor Al-Aama is Certified by the Canadian College of Medical Genetics and by the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health. She is a member of the board of Directors of the Princess Aljawhara Center of Molecular Medicine and Genetic Disorders at the Gulf University in Bahrain. She is also the Founding Specialty Chief Editor of (Frontiers in Genetic Disorders and Frontiers in Pediatric Genetic Disorders) based in Geneva, and an academic editor for the PLOS One journal of Science. She was Visiting Professor at Beijing Genomic Institute (BGI) College in China from December 2012 – 2016. She has 116 publications in international journals with 3932 citations and H-index of 26. She has won several research awards including Best Health Sciences Researcher at KAU for 2018. She has given invited talks in international conferences in several countries including France, Spain, China, Malaysia and others.

Responsibility

The organizers hold no responsibilities or liabilities of the personal articles of attendees at the venue against any kind of theft, loss, damage, due to any reason whatsoever. Delegates are entirely responsible for the safety of their own belongings.

Insurance

No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization.

Transportation

Please note that transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant, Allied Academies will not be liable for any actions howsoever related to transportation and parking.

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party nonprofit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact nursing@alliedglobalevents.com to request a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of the event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of the participant.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to 


finance@alliedacademics.com

If due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within a period of one year from the date of rescheduling.

Postponement of event

If due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within a period of one year from the date of rescheduling.

Transfer of registration

All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to 
finance@alliedacademics.com. Details must include the full name of the replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of the conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of the respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund:-

Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa. 

Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.
  • Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund
  • Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
  • E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.

Authorization Policy

By registering for the conference you grant permission to Allied Academies to photograph, film or record and use your name, likeness, image, voice and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation.
